PAYMENT:
Immediate payment is required for all items unless we have agreed to Postal order payment. If we have agreed to Postal order payment we reserve the item for up to 4 days only to allow the payment to arrive.
SHIPPING:
We post most items in the next post after the purchase is made. Items that are sent by courier are collected daily (Mon to Fri) depending on the time of your purchase; we also try and have them collected the following day. The shipping and handling costs shown are for standard mainland UK addresses. If you live in any of the outlying areas (Highlands & Islands) a premium is sometimes charged depending on the service chosen. Please request a shipping cost for these areas.
TERMS OF SALE:
All items are checked prior to shipping. In the case of electronic and electrical goods they may be opened and tested prior to shipping. We record the serial numbers where applicable to prevent fraudulent returns. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. They must include the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return postage. A re stocking fee of 20% will be charged for none faulted returns. All returned items must be in original package and unused
We reserve the right to either repair refund or replace faulty goods.
