The company does not need to trade and simply has to file zero tax returns each year. They do charge a 5% transfer fee to move the property from our company to your New company. We will put you in contact with our layer in Bulgaria who will create the company and complete the required paperwork

The 2nd house is a builders dream in the sleepy village of Strakhilovo and only 30km from the River Danube.
